Kia hora te manno
Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana
Kia tere te Karohirohi

May the calm be widespread
May the sea glisten like the greenstone
And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

oh dear! but it is funny

I did read once about a man who had a prize front lawn and he put too much lawn fertilizer on it - so he took out the vaccum cleaner and started to hoover the lawn to pick it all up again.

Have a lovely weekend Jennifer.

My husband would never do that, but my dad definitely would have! My mother was always complaining...

That's very funny. I often use the tea kettle to water when I want to run out quick and not deal with the hose. Just plain water though, no weed killer :)

Funny! Thank you KeeWee for your comments. Aotearoa is a beautiful country. I had a wonderful time. Are you from the North-or South Island.

Oh I love it! Funny indeed! At my place though it seems that it's the handyman/bike restorer who does these sorts of things ... uses my kitchen goodies for all sorts of horrible oil-holding/much spreading jobs down in the workshop.
