Kia hora te manno
Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana
Kia tere te Karohirohi

May the calm be widespread
May the sea glisten like the greenstone
And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

What's happening in the garden today?

The Tulip growing up through a fallen leaf, look like a piece of modern sculpture.

Nice fat buds on the lilac.

This is the first year I have planted Hyacinths. I have chosen some in a lovely shade of purple.

All the time and effort, in planting many spring bulbs in the front garden, is paying off.

The first three, of many beautiful blooms on the Forsythia.

The Narcissus all have buds. It won't be long before they burst into color.

The first to bloom in my garden, are these pretty Crocus.

The "blue & yellow" garden is going to be a wonderful sight when all the bulbs bloom. I can hardly wait to take pictures and post them here for you to see.
