Kia hora te manno
Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana
Kia tere te Karohirohi

May the calm be widespread
May the sea glisten like the greenstone
And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

Through the fence

Or, through the eyes of deer and rabbits.

A series of photos of my vegetable garden taken through the fence.

KeeWee, your garden looks great! I can just imagine the critters trying to stick their noses through the fence!

Hi KeeWee,
If I was a bunny,
I would be sorely tempted! Looks yummy! Good on you for recycling tires!

Hi Jennifer~~ If ever I were to have another full-on vegetable garden I would want an exact replica of yours. I love how the raised beds and pathways keep everything tidy and easy to manage. The fencing is attractive and of course, the main attraction, the plants are fabulous. How could they NOT be when given such loving attention? You rock!

KeeWee, I pity the poor predatators gazing longingly through the fence at such bounty. It looks so neat and tidy with the pathways.

your garden is looking wonderful. I saw two rabbits in the yard today, hopefully they were just munching on the clover.

So pretty, so neat, so clean looking. It's obvious how much you enjoy your veggie garden.

Gosh, that has given me a new perspective on my garden! I have never had to build a fence around the whole garden to protect it from deer, rabbits, racoons or any other large mammals. It is difficult enough building a cage around my broccoli to protect it from the butterflies!

I'm so glad I'm not a deer or a bunny because I would be so tortured, having to look at this every day:-)
