I agree KeeWee~~ It doesn't look like an acidenthera.
It is indeed nice to see our "green friends" returning to decorate our gardens and bless our hearts. I've still got a few shy friends I'm keeping an eye on. My Echinacea tennessensis for example. I'll be sad if it doesn't come back but I've got about 50 potential replacements. :)
Goats Beard is one I don't have, but would like to. Isn't it a treat to see the new growth peeking through? I've been finding all sorts of things too. But my hellebore seems to have kicked the bucket :(
Goatsbeards are such troopers, and beautiful too. I have one big one that fought it out with the weeds and won, and several smaller guys that are in more ideal conditions, and I'm still waiting to see if they'll come back, but here's hoping.

The pots look great well done!
I'm always so happy when I find something poking through the soil when I wasn't expecting it. One of the great joys of spring.
Goats Beard always comes up on the side of my garden they are nice and hardy plants, it is a great feeling to see plants emerging.
IT is like CHRISTMAS MORNING!!! Don't you love it!
Happy Spring to you - come see what I shared for Bloom Tuesday.
Yay, they survived. Tough guys ...
It is a good feeling when green comes up from the ground just to know they survived.
That is good news! I love Goatsbeard and I'd love to find room for one.

Pics are great! That photo is a puzzle, doesn't look like Primula either. Fun to find out!

I have tried the tumbling pots and they worked out great, I have done a post and linked back to your post on the pots also.
