Kia hora te manno
Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana
Kia tere te Karohirohi

May the calm be widespread
May the sea glisten like the greenstone
And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

Note to Self: Grow Many More Next Year

My mother always had stock, of all shades, in her garden. I like the soft fragrance and wonderful colors.
This year I have planted just four plants to see how they do, and I am delighted they seem to thrive.
This selection are Vintage Mix.

When I was a little girl we lived in San DIego and Hawaii, and every spring my Mom would give me a package of Stocks seeds to plant and if they came up I was thrilled. I remember they smelled so sweet.
