Kia hora te manno Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana Kia tere te Karohirohi
May the calm be widespread May the sea glisten like the greenstone And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

Before and After
The garden on this side of the carport had been overtaken by grass.
Here is what it looks like now after two days effort.
Front view showing a hydrangea which has been in this spot for a couple of years and an iris I bought at the local garden club's sale this last weekend. All I need to do is tidy up around the outside of the garden.

No wonder you were tired, that is a lot of work. I suppose there will be more trips to the garden center. D
I love before and after garden photos! What a great job. And those rocks are fabulous.
Lovely flowers in the other post, too. : )
P.S. I'm so glad you let me know about your new garden blog. I've already added it to the links list on my kitchen garden blog. It really is a good way to keep track of things. I look back at photos and can't believe how fast things grow, etc.

Yes I think I will be at the garden center again. I plan a blue theme for this garden.
