Kia hora te manno
Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana
Kia tere te Karohirohi

May the calm be widespread
May the sea glisten like the greenstone
And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

So, there you are!

I put this plant in the garden about three years ago, and it is only now that it has decided to bloom. I believe it is a variegated phlox.

It's a nice variegated phlox although obviously a bit shy about making an appearance. It could be 'Becky Towe.' I have this one in my garden. The flowers look right on but the foliage on mine is a little less white. I like yours better.

Leave it to our gardens to offer a pleasant surprise now and then. :)
