Kia hora te manno
Kia whakapapa paumamu te moana
Kia tere te Karohirohi

May the calm be widespread
May the sea glisten like the greenstone
And may the glimmer of summer dance across your pathways

I wonder if .....

The Hubbard pumpkin is growing quite happily up the fence, and there are several tennis ball sized pumpkins on it. I wonder if we have enough growing weather left for them to mature.

The days have been unusually warm for this time of year, so I am hoping to get at least one mature pumpkin before the first frost kills the plant.

Nice fat bell peppers, but not quite ready to harvest.

As the mature strawberry plants grew runners, I pinned the new developing plants in pots so I will have a steady supply of new plants to produce berries next season.

At long last, I have a steady supply of tomatoes.

It's all looking very heathy isn't it :O) This weekend I'm planting seeds for tomatoes and capsicums and pumpiks and the like ... Struggling though to get the raised borders built in time ...
