Garage sale treasures for my garden

Even though the tall pot has a crack down one side, I bought it anyway as I liked the old world look of the pot. Besides it was only $1 and the crack can be repaired. I liked the green pot also, a deal at $2.

Saw this lying on it's side way in back, and offered the woman $10, she said sold. It stands just over six feet tall and is very well made. I am looking forward to deciding what kind of vine will grace this piece of garden art next year.

I like the detail on the top, don't you too?

  1. I LOVE your new wrought iron tuteur! I've been looking online for some, but they are all so expensive, and probably flimsy. What luck that you found one at a garage sale for only $10! Great little pots too. I find a lot at thrift stores and on craigslist.

  2. I can see a nice pillar rose on it.

  3. The pot with tulips on it has a nice weathered patina. Are you thinking of putting bulbs in it?

The wrought iron has a nice filigreed top. It should be noticeable if the vines aren't too vigorous.
