After around 28 days without any rain, the clouds released their much needed moisture upon us. It smelled and looked so fresh and clean this morning as I opened the door to look out.
There is nothing like the garden after a rain, fresh clean, and so fun to photograph. Everything looks great, we have also been without rain for over a month. Seriously, around here that is unheard of.
Isn't this rain wonderful? It started pouring here this evening and I can practically see the flowers standing taller already. Strange to actually want rain here, but it sure was needed. Your flowers look very happy.
I love all the white flower pictures. I am just planting a number of white flowers together in a perennial bed and trying to make sure I get the right contrast and learn how to photograph white well.
KeeWee, white blooms pull everything together, and you have alot! I love that white snapdragon and hollyhock :) Human nature to want want we don't have...I DON'T want anymore rain..it's been nonstop for 4 days now!! Lynn
